Saturday at the park

verse

Grass still wet and the sun's coming through

A tennis ball and a friend or two

We run the fence from end to end

Then do it all over again

chorus

Saturday at the park

We'll stay out until it's dark

Muddy paws and a happy heart

Saturday at the park

verse

A kid with a kite, an old man's bread

A squirrel that's always a step ahead

The water bowl, a little nap

Then home asleep across your lap

chorus

Saturday at the park

We'll stay out until it's dark

Muddy paws and a happy heart

Saturday at the park
