The Brook Run Dog Park is four acres, fully-fenced and fully-wooded. The walking path around the interior of the fence line is roughly one-third of a mile. There are water stations and poop stations (including poop bags) throughout the park. There are multiple seating areas. The park is usually very crowded on weekends. There is a little lighting, but not enough for you to utilize the entire park after dark, just enough to stay in the main seating area and to exit safely. It is an exceptionally clean and well-maintained park, thanks primarily to the constant efforts of volunteers. You’ll find very nice people there, good dog people. Children are a constant issue, as few adults teach their kids how to behave in the midst of dozens of strange, off-leash dogs. Visitors can find more information on our website, and entries in the Comments field on the site are answered within 24 hrs.

I love this dog park. I have been taking my dogs here for years and they always have a great time. They love the wooded area to play with other dogs and to chase any squirrels. And for me it is a nice walk in the woods as I stroll along the perimeter. I have been impressed over the years as the volunteer organization has had a huge impact on bettering this park. They have done a great job keeping it clean, setting up water stations and providing seating.
